1. General introduction
QTZ160 tower crane is one new type of tower crane that apply group technology, combine design technology and FE analysis technology, using tower crane micro-computer design platform as tools to design tower cranes.
QTZ160 is horizontal support arm, trolley, top slewing, hydraulic climbing tower crane. Its max. Load is 10t, rated load moment is 1600kNm, max. Load moment is 1842kNm.
Features:
1). Advanced performance and technical parameters, max. Work radius is 60m, increasing the work space of tower crane.
2). Outer shape of whole tower crane is international popular shapes with good looking.
3). More work types, wide range of application. Two ways of work: Stationary and attached, suitable in different construction sites. Free standing height is 50m, attached height is 180m (2 falls), 90m(4 falls).
4). High work speed, good speed governing, good work stability, high efficiency.
Hoisting mechanism applies multi-speed winding motor and single speed reducer, realizing big loading, low speed, its max. Speed is 104 m/min.
Trolleying mechanism pulls the car proceeding on the jib, has good installing location performance.
Slewing mechanism uses winding motor and planetary gear reducer, equipped with hydraulic couplings, high loading capacity, good work stability, good wind resistance.
5). Hoisting jib applies rigid double drawing bars, good rigidity, light self-weight, small dimension, small wind resistance, equal force, good looking.
6). Equipped with various safety devices to guarantee tower cranes work stably.
7). A side-sited cab is provided with wide vision, comfortable and convenient operating conditions.
8). Easy to install and maintain
The self-weight of QTZ160 tower crane (without balanced weight, foundation and anchors) is 60.463t, total capacity is 78.5 Kw, is widely used in construction sites of high-rise hotels, residential housing and industrial buildings and popular in construction enterprises.
