QTZ63 tower crane was designed by by our company. It is a multiple-function hydraulic auto-lift tower machine characteristic of upper-circumgyrating, horizontal arm and variable range with small cabin.. The lifting moment is 630kn.m, the max lifting power is 6t. The max lifting height of independent style is as high as 40m. The max lifting height of attached style is as high as 140m. The max work range dived into 50m and 55m. The crane has scientific layout and beautiful appearance. The operator's room is side independently on one side, with good vision field, it creates a good work environment for the operator. The crane is convenient to operate and easy to maintain and repair. It is an ideal construction machine for construction enterprises. The machine has four kinds of work structures: Lifting, circumgyrating, variable ranges, and top lifting. The four structures can work in combination as well as independently so as to improve work efficiency. The top lifting structure is used to increase the height of the tower or lower the tower. The lifting control of this machine has three choices: Frequency conversion stepless speed adjusting, double speed wire winding motor speed adjusting, and tri-speed motor speed adjusting. The circumgyrating control has two options: Frequency conversion stepless speed adjusting and wire winding motor speed adjusting. The range adjustment control has two selections: Frequency conversion stepless speed adjusting and tri-speed motor speed adjusting. The above settings can be made according to the demands of the customers. All the models work stably and can fully satisfy different needs. The lifting arm can rotate 540 to the left and right. The circumgyrating and range adjusting are agile and reliable, and the hoisting positioning is accurate. Thus the crane can satisfy the need for vertical and horizontal transportation in construction operation.
