Summary
QTZ63(PT5610)tower crane is the up-to-date domestic hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by our company by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool.
The crane is a flat-top horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the maximum lifting capacity of 4t, the maximum working amplitude of 48m and the maximum lifting moment of 484kN?m (2 magnification).
The crane has the following characteristics:
(1) The performance parameters and technical indexes reach domestically leading and internationally advanced levels, the maximum working amplitude is 48m, and the working space of the crane is enlarged.
(2) The whole crane has an internationally popular appearance, and is attractive and elegant.
(3) The crane has many operating modes (a foundation fixation operating mode and an outer wall adherence operating mode) and a wide application range (application to various construction objects) and has the independent lifting height of 29m and the adhesion height of 120m.
(4) The crane features high operating speed, high speed regulation performance, stable operation and high efficiency.
The lifting mechanism can operate in a heavy-load low-speed mode and a light-load high-speed mode and can reach the maximum speed of 62m/min by using a multi-speed winding motor and a large-speed-ratio speed reducer.
A trolley traveling mechanism pulls a trolley to change amplitude on a horizontal arm, and has excellent installation in-position performance.
The slewing mechanism is provided with a winding motor, a planetary gear speed reducer and a hydraulic clutch, features high bearing capacity, stable startup and reliable operation, and has a wind resistance in-position function.
(5) Safe and reliable operation can be ensured according to various complete safety devices.
(6) The cab is independently arranged on one side, has a good view field, and creates a good working environment for operators.
(7) The crane is convenient to use and easy to maintain.
The crane has the self-weight of 22.3t and the total installed capacity of 24.9kW, is widely applied to high-rise restaurants, residential buildings, industrial buildings and other large construction projects, and is ideal construction machinery for many construction enterprises.
